All orders are carefully packed and sent via New Zealand Couriers with tracking and signature required, so your jewellery is in safe hands every step of the way.

Dispatch times

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

For commissioned or made-to-order pieces, I will let you know the estimated timeframe when you place your order. Your piece will be shipped as soon as it is finished.

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch when you order and I will do my best to help.

New Zealand shipping

•         Free shipping on all NZ orders over $250

•         Flat rate of $13.80 for NZ orders under $250

•         Delivered via New Zealand Couriers, tracked and signature required

 

International shipping

All international orders are carefully packed and sent with tracking. Free shipping on all international orders over NZ$1,000.

Australia

•         NZ$43 — courier, tracked and signature required

•         Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery

 

United Kingdom & Europe

•         Economy tracked: NZ$35 — estimated 7–10 working days

•         Courier: NZ$73 — faster delivery, tracked and signature required

I’m so sorry — I am currently unable to ship to the United States due to the current import tariff situation. I hope this changes soon, and I’m genuinely grateful for the interest and support from my US customers. Please do check back in the future.
