Refund policy

Shopping online for jewellery can be tricky, and I want you to feel completely confident buying from me. I take great care with every piece I make, and I hope you will absolutely love what arrives at your door.

Change-of-mind returns

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

         The item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging

         You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the     return

         Please do not send items back without contacting me first — I am unable to   accept unrequested returns

 

Return shipping is at your cost. I strongly recommend using tracked and insured postage, as I am unable to refund items that are lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will process your refund promptly. There may be a small additional postage charge if you are exchanging for a different item.

 

Sale and custom pieces

Sale items and custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act (see below).

Your rights under New Zealand law

The above change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the 7-day window. In that case, please contact me as soon as possible and we will sort it out.
