WARRANTY & DAMAGES

Every possible care will be taken to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely.  If there has been damage caused in transit or there is a problem with the quality of your piece, please contact me immediately so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.  I will happily exchange or refund any item that is faulty.

I will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

All Helen Gittus Jewellery items have a 6 month warranty from date of purchase.  If your piece is broken I will repair it free of charge within the 6 month period.  A small charge may apply if it falls outside of this period.  Please keep proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, tarnishing, broken chains, damage to pearls or gemstones, or wear to gold plating.
